ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% CANCELLATION FEE

CANCELLATIONS DONE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE BOOKED CONSULTATION TIME WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A 10% CANCELLATIONS FEE AS WELL AS A 15% PENALTY FEE. (TOTAL = 25%)

TWO CANCELLATIONS IN A ROW WILL RESULT IN THE CLIENT/PATIENT BEING BANNED FROM PURCHASING SERVICES.

HARASSMENT POLICY

SENDING EMAILS REQUESTING FREE CONSULTATIONS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BANNING FROM THE PURCHASE OF SERVICES AND BLOCKING ON ALL COMMUNICATION PLATFORMS.
